This system provides a conventional private Chat Room and Voice Chat
it supports multiple users so a "reunion" of sorts on line is possible.
For Voice Chat you need a working sound card, speakers and microphone.
The Voice Chat system works very well even with a 28.8 connection.
However it may conflict with firewalls. Should you request a Voice Chat
with the "Old Observer" please give me a minute or two to drop my firewall.
